When questioned regarding tactics, rdr stated instructions were to ride where comfortable, after beginning awkwardly, was forced to settle back in the field. Rdr added that her mount raced greenly and that in accordance with her instructions, she rode for luck approaching and rounding the home turn. She further added that she was held up for clear running upon entering the home straight and when shifting to the inside near the 100m, rode hands and heels out to the finish. Youngberry reported that the mare may not have run out the 1540m trip having stepped up from 1150m last start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
