When questioned regarding her riding from the 800m, rider explained it had been her intention to trail Star Compass from that point, however, when clear running was available to that runner’s inside, she elected to maintain her line to the inside of Star Compass from the 600m as Moonbolt only has a short sprint and she felt she would have to do too much work if she attempted to improve from the 600m.
