16 Stewards Report Boomtown Boss Over-raced middle. Held up on entering h/s and leaving 300m disappointed when attempting to improve and was unable to be fully tested at any point in the h/s. Vet exam nsf. DOOM 23/05/2026 Barber Diff obt clear running 200m and inside 100m, shifted into a narrowing run, resulting in BARBER making contact with another runner. DOOM 23/05/2026 King Of Sparta Began only fairly. Near the 300m was disappointed for a run and as a result was directed inwards to obtain clear running. SCNE 16/05/2026 Uncommon James Carried in at the start. Raced wide. DOOM 16/05/2026 Esjay Checked and lost ground at start. Over-raced middle stages. DOOM 16/05/2026 Verdoux Began awkwardly. When questioned re riding in the home straight, rdr explained his mnt raced ungenerously and laid out through the middle stages. He said upon straightening he initially intended to improve inwards, however then altered course outwards nearing the 300m. He added with his mnt still laying out he persisted for a run but was unable to place it under full pressure anticipating that the run would tighten which ultimately occurred near the 100m, whereby the gelding remained held up and was not able to be fully tested as a result.
