‘Stayers’ is the name given to the payment plan
options offered to all MVRC members. It is the
simplest and easiest way to pay and to make
sure you stay part of the action every year.
Benefits of being a STAYER:
• No additional fees or charges.
• Your membership will be automatically rolled over
each year – you don’t need to do anything.
• You will never have to complete a renewal form again.
• You will be one of the first MVRC members to receive
your membership pack each season.
• Earn an additional 200 Rewards Points .
1. STAYERS UPFRONT
Pay the full price of your 2016/17 membership upfront using
your credit card and select ‘Stayers Upfront’. We will keep your
details on file and automatically roll your membership over each
year on July 15th so you don’t have to worry about it.
2. STAYERS MONTHLY
Spread your membership payments over 5 months commencing
15th July 2016 and finishing 15th November 2016. If you join
after 15th July 2016, you simply pay enough upfront to bring you
up to date with the monthly schedule and the balance will be
debited monthly on the 15th, finishing in November 2016.
Of course you can choose to opt out of using our Stayers
plan at any time – simply contact the MVRC Membership
Coordinator directly on (03) 9373 2232 between
8:30am–5pm Monday–Friday.
Whichever plan you choose, when it comes time to renew
your membership we will send you a notification that confirms
your package and price at least two weeks before the rollover
date so you can confirm any changes to your membership
package or payment details before it automatically rolls over
into the next season.
Personal information provided on this brochure is collected by MVRC for the purpose
of considering your Membership application. If your Membership application is accepted
your personal information may be used and disclosed to our staff and third parties
including service providers, to facilitate your Membership and its benefits. In addition,
unless you opt-out, your personal information may be used and disclosed for direct
marketing, sending you publications, quality and improvement initiatives, advising you
of privileges and offers from our partners and sponsors, and getting connected. If you
