located on the ground floor of the MVRC Administration
Building inside Gate 1 off McPherson Street, Moonee
Ponds and is open from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
LOST MEMBERSHIP CARDS
AND CAR PASSES
The loss or theft of Membership Cards or Members’ Car
Park Passes must be reported verbally or in writing to
the MVRC Membership Department as soon as possible
to prevent any unauthorised use. A replacement card
or Car Park Pass will be issued by mail after submission
of a completed card replacement form or a statutory
declaration explaining the loss. There is a replacement
fee of $20 (including GST) per missing card. Payment
of this fee must accompany the completed form or
statutory declaration. This fee will be waived if a police
report accompanies the statutory declaration.
FAULTY CARDS
Should you encounter problems when scanning your
Membership Card at the turnstiles, please report it to the
Information Booth on raceday or contact Customer Service
on 1300 THE VALLEY (1300 843 825) during business hours.
MISUSE OF MEMBERS’ CARDS
The Moonee Valley Racing Club Membership Card is
issued for personal use only and cannot be used by
any other person. Lending a Membership Card for
the admission of a non-Member to the racecourse
or Members’ Reserve is a breach of Club Rules. It is
also a breach of the rules if a Member does not take
sufficient care to ensure the Membership Card is not
misused. Lending of Membership Cards to purchase
daily Members’ guest tickets is also prohibited. MVRC
officials have the authority, under Club rules and
regulations, to request proof of identity at any time.
Please note that MVRC Membership Cards remain the
property of MVRC.
