Shifted out shortly after straightening, enabling Cavity Bay to obtain an inside run. When questioned rider Celine Gaudray reported that her mount laid out rounding the home turn and when she attempted to resume her position on the rail shortly after straightening, she received a call from apprentice Caitlin Hollowood (Cavity Bay), which had obtained a narrow run to her mount’s inside. Rider could offer no explanation for the performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities BDGO 29/10/2025 Chakado Weakened from the 200m. Rider - may not have been suited by the soft track conditions, however was disappointed in the manner in which his mount finished the race off. CAUL 29/11/2025 Stylish Secret (NZ) Held up for a short distance passing the 150m. SANL 10/12/2025 Madiyya (NZ) Near the 1100m raced in restricted room for a short distance. Rider reported his mount never travelled comfortably in a race that was run at a fast tempo. He added his mount made some ground in the straight and would be better suited in races over a longer journey.CRAN 22/11/2025 Otago (NZ) Rider stated it failed to handle the heavy track conditions.
