5 Conduct A clean, neat, and tidy appearance is required when on the premises. Footwear must be always worn when on the premises. Indecent, violent, or quarrelsome conduct will not be tolerated for any reason. Vandalism in any form will not be tolerated. Security Management only employs Security Personnel licenced under the Security Providers Act Security will ask unduly intoxicated patrons to leave the premises if required. Security staff will organise taxi’s for unduly intoxicated patrons if required. Security staff will not use excessive force when removing patrons. Noise, Safety and Amenity We respect our neighbours and ask you to respect them too. We monitor entertainment and patron noise to comply with all prescribed noise levels.
