The program is designed to support racing industry participants in Sydney from Non-English Speaking Backgrounds. Building on the success of the ARCC women’s wellbeing chaplaincy, this initiative will provide culturally sensitive pastoral care, practical assistance and advocacy for NESB workers, helping them navigate language barriers, workplace pressures and life challenges within the racing community.
