15 2021 Melbourne Cup Carnival Country Series Presented by the Victoria Racing Club, Racing Victoria and Country Racing Victoria, the Melbourne Cup Carnival Country Series is restricted to horses who have won heats of the series at country race tracks across Victoria. Each heat is worth $100,000 with the Final – valued at $500,000 – to be held at Flemington on Kennedy Oaks Day, Thursday 4th November. The winner and runner-up from each heat will be ballot-exempt for the Final.
