WHICH WILL BE HELD IN THE COMMITTEE ROOM, LEVEL 4, MOONEE VALLEY RACECOURSE ON TUESDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2023 COMMENCING AT 6.00 PM (AEDT). If Members would prefer to attend the AGM via a virtual platform you may register your virtual attendance by calling the Club on 1300 THE VALLEY (1300 843 825) or email membership@mvrc.net.au THE BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED WILL INCLUDE: 1.Confirmation of Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting 2.Consideration of the Financial Report and the Auditor’s Report of the Club for the financial year ending 31 July 2023; 3.Election of Committee Members (if required)* 4.Election of Auditors in accordance with Rules 7.1(3)(d) The present Auditors, Ernst & Young, are eligible for re-appointment and have indicated their desire to continue in the role, if appointed; 5.Special Business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Club Rules 7.1 (3)(f) and Rule 7.4(5) 6.General Business * Per Club Rule 8.8, three Committee Members are required to retire at each election and are eligible to seek re-election.
