The Committee invites your attendance to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members of Moonee Valley Racing Club Inc. which will be held in the Committee Room, Level 4, Moonee Valley Racecourse on Tuesday 12 November 2024 commencing at 12.00 pm (AEDT). Confirmation of Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting 2. Consideration of the Financial Report and the Auditor’s Report of the Club for the financial year ending 31 July 2024; 3. Election of Committee Members (if required)* 4. Election of Auditors in accordance with Rules 7.1(3)(d) The present Auditors, Ernst & Young, are eligible for re-appointment and have indicated their desire to continue in the role, if appointed; 5. Special Business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Club Rules 7.1 (3)(f) and Rule 7.4(5) 6. General Business * Per Club Rule 8.8, three Committee Members are required to retire at each election and are eligible to seek re-election.
