BUS A bus terminal is located at Moonee Ponds Junction (the intersection of Puckle Street, Mount Alexander, Pascoe Vale and Ascot Vale Roads). It is a 200 metre walk from the terminal to the course entrance on McPherson Street. CAR From the city follow Citylink north and exit at Moreland Road, then turn left into Pascoe Vale Road. Follow Pascoe Vale Road and turn left into Coats Street. CLOAK ROOM There is a Cloak Room available on Level 1 near JR’s Bar. CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK The Customer Service Desk (located at the Tunnel entry/ exit) is open until 8pm this evening for ticket collection and assistance concerning all things Moonee Valley. MEMBERS’ DRESS CODE – NIGHT MEETINGS Gentlemen (including children 13 & over) are required to wear a collared shirt (polo shirts not permitted) with tailored trousers or chinos. No tie is required, and suit coat, sports coat or blazer is optional. Dress shoes or leather boat shoes must be worn. Ladies are expected to maintain a suitable standard of dress in keeping with the distinction of the Members’ Reserve. OWNERS HOSPITALITY Sun Stud Sunline Suite PLEASE NOTE: Owners with a runner on the night and their guests can enjoy the comfort and hospitality of the Sun Stud Sunline Suite. Located on the ground level looking over the Moonee Valley track (south end). Access is via the Deck Bar (dress regulation compliant patrons) or alternatively via the Cox Plate Room down the stairs to the front lawn. Victorian Thoroughbred Owners Gold Card holders gain free access to the racecourse on all race meetings at The Valley (excluding feature race meetings), however they will not be able to access the Sun Stud Owners facilities. TAXIS Taxis are available on McPherson Street outside the Stand Turnstile entry/exit point. TRAINS The Craigieburn line train departs from Flinders Street Station. Disembark at Moonee Ponds Station and the course is a 10 minute walk down Puckle Street. Cross Moonee Ponds Junction, continue down Dean Street and left into McPherson Street. TRAMS A tram stop is located at Moonee Ponds Junction (the intersection of Puckle Street, Mount Alexander, Pascoe Vale & Ascot Vale Roads). Tram 59 from Elizabeth Street in the city arrives at this tram stop. It is a 200m walk from the tram stop to the entrance on McPherson Street. WHEELCHAIR USERS Disabled Parking is available in the centre carpark and Members’ Reserve (McPherson Street). Disabled Toilets are located on the Ground Floor Paddock Tote opposite the administration building, Octagonal Lounge (Members), First Floor in the Pavilion Room, Champions and Dining Boxes and on the Second Floor in Silks (Members). Viewing is accessible via the north lifts and Ground Level Deck Bar (Members). VEHICLE COLLECTION Vehicles left in the MVRC car park can be collected between 8am and 12pm the day after the race meeting or after 7am on working days. Patrons wanting to collect vehicles outside of these hours may do so by calling 1300 368 284 , a call out fee will apply to afterhours collection.
