10 Today is an iconic day as the Moonee Valley Racing Club celebrates 99 editions of the W.S. Cox Plate. Over those years, there has only been only one four-time winner of the LEGENDARY race – Winx. Today the MVRC Chairman Don Casboult, Minister for Racing Martin Pakula, Racing Victoria Chairman Brian Kruger, four-time Cox Plate winning jockey Hugh Bowman and sculptor Louis Laumen will unveil Winx 4. The Bronze Statue will adorn the entrance and be the centrepiece of Tote Park. The statue’s overall dimensions are 4.14 metres long, 2.63 metres high, and 88 centimetres wide and will ensure the deeds of Winx are forever remembered. WINX 4 LEGENDARY 4-TIME W.S.
