DEFACTOR declared a late scratching at 4:25pm by order of the Stewards after refusing to load. YOWZA was backed out of the barriers for a veterinary examination after rearing and getting both front legs over the top of the barriers. Was passed fit to start but then refused to load and subsequently declared a late scratching at 4:30pm by order of the Stewards.
