PRESIDENTS MESSAGE Welcome to Day 2 of the 2023 bet365 Swan Hill June Racing Carnival. Today is Busbiz Family Fun Day and the second of three days of great racing action. Thank you to Peter Pickering and Busbiz who continue to sponsor this day, your ongoing support is greatly appreciated. The feature race today is the Northwest Ag Quambatook Cup. This is the seventh year this race has been run on Day 2 of the Carnival and we look forward to seeing it run on this day for many years to come. Steve Cameron from Northwest Ag has been a long-time supporter of this race and John & Nyrie Ryan and the rest of the Quambatook Committee along with the Swan Hill Jockey Club highly value this ongoing support. With today being Busbiz Family Fun Day, we have plenty of free kids’ activities and entertainment on course as well as the ever-popular kid’s fashions on the field sponsored by Mint Soda, Innocence & Attitude and 2180. As a club the SHJC feel it is important to ensure that a day at the races is seen as a family day out and we hope you all relax and unwind and enjoy the free kid’s activities and racing action, both locally on course and via all our facilities and screens on course.
