Raced wide and without cover in the early stages, before being allowed to stride forward by its rider to assume a position in the lead near the 700m. 5 MAJOR MURPHY 28/11/2020 Kembla GrangeRdr reported the colt travelled well in the early and middle stages in a favourable position inside the leading pair. He added that when placed under pressure near the 400m the colt failed to respond to his riding and weakened noticeably over final 200m, and he could offer no tangible explanation for the disappointing performance.
