Rider reported that the gelding never travelled throughout, would derive benefit from its first race start and would be better suited in races of a greater distance than 1600m. PAKM 09/04/2026 Crush Puppy Approaching the 150m was steadied when disappointed for a narrow run to the inside of another runner. Approaching the 400m was brushed by Ive Got The Power, which shifted out. Laid in under pressure in the straight. CRAN 10/04/2026 Tennessee Link Began awkwardly. Near the 300m shifted in and brushed the running rail before then shifting out and bumping with a runner. Near the 100m shifted out to continue clear and then laid out under pressure thereafter. Rider reported that although he was disappointed, he was of the opinion the filly would derive benefit from first start. WMAI 28/02/2026 Abovethefrostline Laid in under pressure in the straight. MORN 23/10/2025 Longreach Drover Raced wide without cover. PAKM 16/04/2026 Must Be Sain Began awkwardly. RR raced keen, did not finish off. MORN 05/12/2025 The Birthday Party Began awkwardly and was then bumped. Laid in under pressure in the straight. Rider reported his mount raced greenly throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the filly to have a dislodged tooth, abrasions to the off side nostril and a small amount of blood, which in the opinion of the veterinary surgeon was attributed to external trauma. BALN 04/04/2026 Doctor Coto Raced wide throughout. SALE 19/04/2026 Race 6 RMBL Investments Rising Stars Race 1500M Williamstown Rider reported after being caught three wide without cover he allowed the gelding to stride to settle outside the leader with the intention to cross the field and lead outright. He stated, however, near the 1000m when a runner improved to his inside he was content to position to that gelding’s outside and when his mount raced keenly through that stage of the race, rather than restrain he elected to allow to race outside the leader for some distance. Stewards questioned rider regarding approaching the home turn and in the straight, whether could have improved into the race earlier and whether he was able to maintain a position closer to the rail on straightening. R ex 700m he felt he was gradually making ground, however did not wish to place his mount under full pressure too early elected to wait until straightening to ride his mount out fully. He added that the mare finishes its races off best when outside of runners.SALE 29/03/2026 Bencouver Laid in under pressure in the straight. PAKM 12/03/2026 Zamparini Spirit Change of tactics – At the gelding’s two previous runs the stable have attempted to have Zamparini Spirit settle with cover, however as this had not been successful, they will revert to leading. Commenced to weakened from the 600m before being eased down from the 400m. Beaten 40L. Rider reported her mount laid out and felt uncomfortable in its action. A post-race vet exam did not identify any significant abnormal findings.
