38 THE CHILLI CUBAN An intriguing combination of dark rum, chilli, and passionfruit, highlighted with fresh lime, aromatic mint and the subtle spice of Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale Zero Sugar. Ingredients *1.5 standard drinks • 45ml Dark Rum • Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale or Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale Zero Sugar • Juice Of Half A Lime (15ml) • 1 Tsp Passionfruit Pulp • 1 Slice Of A Long Red Chilli • 4 Mint Leaves • Ice • Garnish: Slice Of Red Chilli And A Mint Sprig How to make 1. Combine rum, lime juice and passionfruit pulp in a short glass. 2. Add a slice of fresh chilli and mint leaves, then fill the glass with ice and top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale 3. Stir gently to combine and enjoy garnished with a red chilli slice and a mint sprig.
