MEETING LOCATION The Committee resolved to hold this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members in the Committee Room, Level 4, Moonee Valley Racing Club. ITEMS OF BUSINESS 1. Confirmation of Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting, held on 16 November 2021; 2. Consideration of the accounts of the Club and the auditor report for the financial year ended 31 July 2022; 3. Election of Committee Members (if required)* 4. Election of Auditors in accordance with Rules 7.1(3)(d) The present Auditors, Ernst & Young, are eligible forre-appointment and have indicated their desire to continue in the role, if appointed; Special Business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Club Rules 7.1 (3) (f) and Rule 7.4(5) 6.
