Members can also seek assistance at Gate A turnstiles office. LOST PROPERTY All enquiries should be made at the General Office. Any articles not claimed within three months may be disposed of at the discretion of the Club. ATM MACHINES Public - Winx Stand Ground Floor (under the escalators), southern & northern drums of QEII Grandstand Members - rear of Officials Stand CLOAK ROOM Located on the Ground Level of the Official Stand, Ground Level (Southern end) and Level 3 (both Northern & Southern ends) of the QEII Grandstand. fIRST AID Located near Gate B or on Level 1 Winx Stand. Please contact staff for any immediate assistance. DESIGNATED SMOKING (includes ecig & vape) AREAS Patrons can only smoke at the ‘designated smoking area’ shown on the below map. Also, for the comfort of guests, we ask that patrons please do not move tables from their designated locations within the bar and dining areas.
