ZOUSTYLE has been ultra consistent at a high level this prep. HALVORSEN won this off a break last year. CENTURY (Better Boy (IRE) – Royal Suite) Century was one of the best sprinters to race at Flemington in the 20th century, and he then made a huge contribution to Victoria’s bloodstock industry. He sired some 44 stake winners including such champions as Centauria, Double Century, Euclase, Indian Raj, Rubiton and Stage Hit. A Victorian-bred son of champion Better Boy, Century himself was 1978 Australian Champion Sire. On the racetrack, trained by Bart Cummings and ridden by Roy Higgins, Century won 11 of his 29 starts. He loved Flemington. His wins here included the 1972 VRC Ascot Vale Stakes and Sires’ Produce, the 1973 Newmarket Handicap and Craven A (Coolmore Stud Stakes), and the 1974 Lightning Stakes.
