10 Stewards Report Race 1 Damien Rdr reported that when caught wide and without cover throughout the early and middle stages the colt was inclined to lay in. Std in the home straight, when continuing to lay in, the colt did not respond to his riding and was disappointing in the manner in which it closed off the race. A post-race vet exam did not reveal any abs. HAWK 03/05/2025 Oval Office Permitted to race bare in front. Bumped on jumping. SCPT 11/05/2025 Red Code Began awkwardly. Over raced during the early and middle stages. Laid in under pressure in the home straight. When asked, Rdr stated mount over raced during early and middle stages and when asked for an effort on straightening, proved disappointing. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs. E FM 19/04/2025 Worthy Enuff Raced keenly in the early stages. Raced wide for the majority. Laid in under pressure in the home straight. TWBA 17/05/2025 Royal Chic Raced wide throughout. SCST 04/01/2025 Cool Moon When asked about performance, Rdr advised filly was not suited by the rain affected surface adding may not have appreciated the step up to 1200m. IPSW 05/02/2025 Kahlua Girl Raced in restricted room rounding the home turn. IPSW 30/04/2025 Smashing Lulu When quest re her riding, App rdr explained that she had been instr to ride her mnt on-speed with cover. However, after beginning well, she elected to steady her mount in an effort to obtain cover, which resulted in runners to her outside crossing and ultimately taking up positions ahead of her. As a consequence, she settled further back in the field than initially intended. App rdr was advised that, particularly given the short distance of the race and the fact her mount began so well, she should have taken advantage of her mounts good start and maintained her mnts prominent position. MRYA 19/04/2025 Race 2 Champonnet Raced wide throughout. Held up round home turn. Had difficulty obtaining clear running from the 200m up until the 100m. SCST 12/04/2024 Elroy Began awkwardly and then bumped. Near the 1000m, steadied when tightened. IPSW 28/11/2024 Make A Call From the outside barrier was shifted behind runners in the early stages. Was inclined to lay in when placed under pressure in the straight. WYNG 02/05/2024 Siglo De Oro Laid out under pressure down the straight.
