He was Honorary Treasurer from 1997 to 2006 and provided invaluable financial leadership for the Club in that position. Prior to his Committee appointment he was Secretary to the Trustees of the Caulfield Racecourse Reserve for 19 years. John was elected a Life Member of the Club in 2007.
