Wyong Race Club Punters Club Wednesday 18 March 2026 Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry") Promotion: Wyong Race Club Punters Club Promoter: Wyong Race Club Promotional Period: Start date and time: 18 March 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. End date and time: 18 March 2026 after the completion of the seventh race. Ticket Purchase Period: Start date and time: 18 March 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. End date and time: 18 March 2026 fifteen minutes before the fourth race. Redemption Period: Punters club ticket holders have until 16 April 2026 to redeem any monies payable (30 days). Any unredeemed funds become the property of Wyong Race Club at that time. Eligible Participants: Entry is open to all on course patrons aged 18 years or over, not excluded by stewards restrictions, or not self-excluded from betting with Tabcorp. How to Enter: Purchase a ticket (price of $20) (“Entry Ticket”) during the Ticket Purchase Period. Entries permitted: Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times. No limit on tickets (price of $20/ticket). Operation of Promotion  Once the Entry Ticket purchase period is closed, no further Entry Tickets will be available for purchase.  At the end of the Ticket Purchase Period, the total pool tally made up of the total price of Entry Tickets sold will be added up (“Pool”) and for Races 4 to 7, a Wyong Race Club selected ambassador (the “Representative”) will place bets at the Representative’s discretion on each of the races using money from the Pool. Any winnings from a race will be returned to the Pool.  Eligible Entrants authorise the Representative to use the price of their Entry Tickets as part of the Pool.  Each Entry Ticket purchased will provide the Eligible Entrant a share in the remaining/winning funds (“Prize Funds”). The share in the Prize Fund will be based on the proportion of the number of Entry Tickets the Eligible Entrant purchased divided by the total number of Entry Tickets sold. Prize & Winner Determination: At the end of the seventh race, the Prize Funds will be calculated and divided amongst Eligible Entrants, in proportion to their Entry Tickets purchased (rounded down to the nearest cent) and will be redeemable adjacent to the Race Day Office at Wyong Racecourse on 18 March 2026, 28 March 2026 4 April or 16 April 2026. Key Dates: Time of notification of winner: 18 March 2026 following the seventh race. 17 POLICY The Australian Turf Club is committed to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) across all our venues and endeavours to comply at all times with all the requirements of the NSW Liquor Act 2007. The Club is an active member of a number of Local Liquor Accords including the Eastern Beaches Liquor Accord and also the Rosehill and Liverpool Liquor Accords. The Australian Turf Club has adopted the following House Policy, which provides a framework for the Responsible Service of Alcohol. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION Patrons who are intoxicated or approaching intoxication will be refused admission to our venues. Patrons who are observed drinking upon approach to one of our venues will be refused entry. Appropriate and compliant signage will be displayed at all entry points. Patrons on board “Party Buses’, Limousines or Hire Cars with alcohol present will have their intoxication levels assessed by Security and risk refusal of entry to the venue. Any patron refused service by bar staff or identified by Security as approaching intoxication will be asked to leave the venue immediately as per Section 77 of the NSW Liquor Act 2007 UNDER AGE DRINKING The Australian Turf Club recognises the following fonns of identification: • A driver’s or rider’s licence or permit (issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country) • Australian passport or a foreign passport issued by another country, • NSW photo card (issued by Roads and Maritime Services NSW) • Proof of age card issued by a public authority of the Commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person’s identity and age • Keypass (over-18) identity card issued by Australia Post. Patrons who appear to be aged 25 years or under may be asked for identification at any time by Security, Police or an ATC staff member. If identification is unable to, or refused to be produced that patron will be asked to leave the venue. Any minor found in close proximity to or using alcohol or gaming outlets will be asked to leave the venue. The person identified as being responsible for the minor (as per the NSW Liquor Act 2007 in relation to Responsible Adults) will also be asked to leave the venue. ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR Any patron found to be disrupting the quiet enjoyment of other patrons around them by means of their actions or behaviour will be asked to leave the venue. 19 Children are welcome at all race meetings held at Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, Canterbury Park and Warwick Farm. On many weekend race meetings there is free children’s entertainment available. Children in the general admission area should be under the company of a responsible adult at all times. Children entering the Members’ Enclosure must be in the company of a responsible adult at all times and must be suitably attired. There are no restricted areas within the racecourse (except for ‘Members’ Only Areas’) however patrons under the age of 18 years of age (minors) are not permitted entry to the racecourse unless accompanied by their Legal Guardian or Loco Parentis. (Responsible adult). This can be in the form of: • A parent, step-parent or guardian of the minor • A person who is, for time being, in loco parentis to the minor. This person must be 25 years of age or older and be able to verify to the satisfaction of the ATC their relationship to the minor Definition of In Loco Parentis. The term “Loco Parentis” describes a relationship similar to that of a parent to a child; specifically it refers to an individual who assumes parental status and responsibilities for another individual, usually a young person, without formally adopting that person. Any minor found in close proximity to or using alcohol or gaming outlets will be asked to leave the venue. The person identified as being responsible for the minor (as per the NSW Liquor Act 2007 in relation to Responsible Adults) will also be asked to leave the venue. Prosecution by the NSW Police is also an option.
