LED WINNING POST TO LIGHT UP LADBROKES FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS Having served a historic 14 years at the track and taken centre stage in some great racing moments, The Valley racecourse has had a changing of the guard with the implementation of a new winning post for the new racing season. A new 10 metre wide LED Winning Post has been installed and was first unveiled on August 4. Compromising of two LED panels, the winning post will come alive throughout the Ladbrokes Friday Night Lights season and act as a second screen with animations, video content, sporting action, race replays and more able to be shown. The LED screens will remain static whenever horses are on the track. The project was partially funded by the Victorian Government and was installed by PRG – a great team effort to turn it around in just four weeks!
