Racing Australia Annual Report 2017 | 73 Directors’ Declaration In accordance with a resolution of the Directors of Racing Australia Limited, the Directors of the company declare that: 1. The financial statements and notes of Racing Australia Limited as set out on pages 56 to 72 for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, including: a. giving a true and fair view of the consolidated entities financial position as at 30 June 2017 and for its performance on the year ended on that date; and b. complying with Australian Accounting Standards Reduced Disclosure Requirements and the Corporations Regulations 2001; 2. There are reasonable grounds to believe that the company will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable.
