5 Useful Information Responsible Service of alcohol The Clarence River Jockey Club promotes and practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. The key objective is to ensure that the behavior of our racegoers does not adversely impact on other patrons, staff, our neighbours and the community at large. All staff members have been trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol and are instructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages to guests under 18 years or to guests in a state of intoxication. Patrons deemed to be unduly intoxicated will be refused service and may be asked to leave the premises. Under 18’s Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult who exercises parental control and who actively supervises the minor. Dress Regulations Clean, neat and tidy appearance is required at all times. Footwear must be worn. Strict dress regulations apply in the Members & Marquee Areas. Cloak Room The Cloak Room is located to the left of the take away food outlet in the food court area (next to the First Aid room). Transport Buses and Taxis will depart from the main entrance area. Buses commence at 4.00pm. Taxis available by calling 6642 3622. Management and staff wish to encourage safe transport options.
